40005 Bargraph Indicators are economic solution where instant process monitoring is important. It is available with single and dual Red color 101-segment display for relative monitoring of one or two process in single unit. It also shows numerical process value on 4-digit seven-segment and alarm status on front LEDs. Bargraph Indicator is a popular replacement for sight-glass or moving coil mechanical displays as a result of advanced functions and reliable performance.

Model-40005 accepts 12 popular field configurable inputs including Thermocouple, RTD, mA, V. It optionally provides two alarms per channel with individual programmable relays to inform operator for abnormal process conditions.

The TEIP11-PS signal converter transforms electrical signals, e.g.,

4 … 20 mA in 0.2 … 1 bar (3 … 15 psi). It is therefore a connecting

link between electrical/electronic and pneumatic systems. The signal

conversion process is similar to the patented force balance method.

Special features of the TEIP11-PS signal converter are its relatively

small dimensions and outstanding operational stability when subject

to shock and vibration. The converter can be subjected to loads up to

10 g with less than 1% effect on function.

The housing units are available in a variety of models to meet your

installation requirements. For potentially explosive conditions, units

that offer intrinsically safe operation or Explosion proof encapsulation

are available with international approval certificates for use

worldwide.

A variety of signal conversion ranges are available on the input and

output sides (see chapter Technical data, page 4) For auxiliary

power, compressed air at 1.4 bar (20 psi) may be required.

Single/Dual and Three/Four output Signal Isolator

9000U series of Signal Isolators are rugged and accurate in performance, designed to accept wide range of voltage and current input signals. It isolates and regenerates or converts input to standard signals for further interfacing in automation environment.

9000U is available in two models, Single/Dual output and Three/Four output. Signal Isolator retransmits analog signal with galvanic isolation between the field and the receiving instrument. This allows ground or reference levels to float up to thousands of volts at its input terminals without contaminating input signal and saving control system from damage. Its higher noise rejection ratio ensures accurate and noise free signal conditioning.

With multiple outputs this model also acts as signal distributors. A typical application could be where the signal has to be distributed for indication on local panel, field control room, main control room and DCS system. 9000U has built-in transmitter power supply to drive field transmitters. It has both 90-265VAC and 24VDC power supply options. It is available in compact DIN rail mounting enclosure.
